FLIQ ATHLETICS: SUB2 DOMINATION IS OPEN TO EVERYONE.
Beginners. First-timers. Weekend warriors. Competitive runners.
SUB2 DOMINATION is not designed to intimidate it is designed to inspire. Participation is inclusive. Recognition is earned.
All 21KM finishers will receive full race entitlements, including the premium 4 inch rotating medal and official FLIQ Finisher Shirt.
However: Runners who officially achieve Sub2 in the 21KM will receive:
• A FLIQ Premium Towel
• A distinct Sub2 Official E-Certificate design
• Verified Sub2 Recognition
This distinction is not exclusion. It is performance acknowledgment. Everyone finishes with honor.
Sub2 finishers finish with elevated recognition.

THE SUB2 LAW
OFFICIAL TIMING & RECOGNITION POLICY
SUB2 DOMINATION recognizes a single elite benchmark:
SUB2 – Completing the 21KM in under 2 hours.
Sub2 qualification will be determined using the official race timing system and verified against the race stopwatch displayed at the official finish arch.
The recognized time is measured from Official gun start to the moment the runner crosses the finish arch
Only official race timing records will be honored.
Not personal watch time.
Not fitness app records.
Not unofficial claims.
Your performance must be:
Official.
Recorded.
Verified.
Standards demand accuracy.
TIME DECORUM POLICY
To maintain operational integrity and race structure:
Participants who arrive more than 30 minutes after their designated gun start time will not be permitted to begin the race.
Such participants will be officially marked as:
DNS — Did Not Start
This policy ensures:
• Proper race timing coordination
• Safety compliance
• Accurate competitive records
• Respect for official cut-off schedules
Time discipline is part of performance discipline.

MECHANICS AND ELIGIBILITY

- Participants must be physically present during the raffle draw to claim the prize.
- The official race bib serves as the raffle entry.
- The race bib owner must personally claim the prize.
- Bib transfer or proxy claims will not be honored.

Unclaimed race kits may be forfeited unless otherwise arranged.
If someone must claim on your behalf, please prepare the following:
- signed authorization letter
- registration confirmation from the owner
- VALID ID of the representative
21KM – 5 Hours
10KM – 3 Hours
5KM – 2 Hours
Strictly enforced.
Failure to meet cut-off time results in removal from official ranking and recognition eligibility.
12:00 AM – Race Kit Claiming Opens
1:00 AM – 21KM Assembly
2:00 AM – 21KM Gun Time
3:30 AM – 10KM Gun Time
4:30 AM – 5KM Gun Time
6:00 AM – Awarding Ceremony
6:30 AM – Raffle & Closing Program
Participants are expected to arrive at least one hour prior to their respective gun time.
